A lot of the breeders represented at the seedbanks like The Attitude and SOS, Herbies are from the USA.
It's just that federal law prohibits the sale of ceeds, so it is very difficult to order from or aquire them directly from the US breeders.
303, Rare Dankness, Reserva Privada, TGA Subcool. Those are well respected breeders in my book. They are available through the overseas seed banks.
I'm sure many more people will add to the list. Those are just ones that I like.

like mentioned, there are quite a few u.s. breeders in the game today but you'll be hard pressed to find any of them vending right here in the u.s. as the possession of live cannabis seeds is strictly against the federal laws here..
i have heard of a few dispensaries that will sell some seeds here and there, namely i think in michigan and california, but that's about all i know about that one..

I'm sure there are many people aquiring ceeds from US breeders here in the states, through medical cards and mmj shops where state laws permit, however if I was obtaining them here through any other methods, I wouldn't be sharing my experience here online.
It just pays to be careful.
You can get any of the US breeders ceeds you want online. Except for some of the Reserva Privada Colorado strains, and some of the 303 ceeds are only sold in Colorado at MMJ shops to licensed patients.

In CA there are some clone places and dispenseries that sell seeds. As far as US based breeders, I have had good luck with DNA and Reserva Privada. I just don't use the feminized... I love Subcool's stuff but you may have to pop a good number of seeds to find the keeeper. but man are the keepers worth it!! I am growing a bunch of strains right now from Sin City Seeds but can't give you an opinion on them just yet other than how they look during the grow. As far as during growing, they all look pretty good. I am doing Dream n Sour, Buddhas on Moonshine and Rapper's Delight. The Dream n Sour looks like it is gonna yield very heavy. Huge chunky buds. I am just finishing week 7. They really started to fill in during week 6 but there was almost no smell until week 7 started. Now they are getting dense, resinous and stinky. They look great.. They start out really hairy but the hairs are pulling back now. Not sure if there are different phenos of this strain but this one really looks blue dream dominant.
The Buddhas on Moonshine has the craziest smell. a soft sweet but very strong oder. The buds are just starting to fill in towards the end of week 7. It looks like it will yield decent but not like the Dream n Sour. The nose on this starts at like week 3. It is very hairy and looks like it still needs a good 3 weeks. I would say it is as advertised as a 10 week strain.
The Rapper's Delight seemed to have an issue with popping balls on 2 of the ones I started so I pulled them. Others were all good.. Strange plant. It grows very tall. The tallest I have is over 6ft indoors. Shortest is around 5 ft. All from seed and don't see any variation in pheno types at all. Extremely resinous and dense. The calaxys are so swollen from week 5 on they look like they are about to explode. Only variation I see in them is one of them seems to foxtail tons.. There is almost no odor at all until week 7 and then you start to get it. It seems to get a bit stronger every day but it isn't out of control yet
