Secret Jardin Tent Suggestions Please

I've join a few site like this one, but my questions usually go unanswered. I'm hoping someone here will take the time to steer me in the right direction. I'm a complete noob to all of this. I've purchased a few books, but none of them deal much with grow tents or make any suggestion about product lines. Right now I'm basically trying to get all the materials together to grow indoors in my 2 bedroom rented apartment. It will be my first grow.

After researching a little, I have decided that I want to use/purchase a Secret Jardin grow tent for my setup. The only problem is I'm not sure what tent(s) to purchase. From what I gather, I need at least 2 tents. One to veg, and one for flowering. So I would need to only buy two tents correct? What tent should I buy and what sizes do you all suggest? The Secret Jardin website has several product lines and sizes to choose from (Dark Room II, Dark Street II, Dark Room Twin, Dark Propagator, Dark Dryer), but I have no clue about which I would need and what size to buy. Any help or suggestions would b greatly appreciated.

I honestly feel like buying an expensive tent for veg is a waste.. you can get a Rubbermaid storage container and put some fluorescents and save the HPS for flowering in the tent. then throw in a couple of pc fans to vent.. itll do the trick and way cheaper than a tent, not to mention the money you save on ducting, inlines, electricity, etc.. I don't do it because I just grow till harvest then start over again but If I was doing something like that, that's how id do it. as far as how big the tent should be it really depends on how much space you have, your budget (for lights, fans, etc) and how many plants you want to grow

You can get by with one tent. Depending where you live and if you can be medically legal or in Colorado, that determines how many plants you can have. I would keep it small to start off. I currently have a 2'x2' tent with a 150watt hps. I find it a little small so I would suggest at least 36"X36" tent and buy a 400 watt Switchable ballast with a dimmer setting. You can have 400, 200, and 100 watt. You can veg your plants in the same tent that you flower in. Don't worry about perpetual growing yet. You will definitely need a carbon filter and inline fan. Don't skimp on these, your life outside of prison or the court system depends on this. Never underestimate how much cannabis smells when flowering. I would use soil starting out, buy a good mix from a indoor garden shop. Keep nutrients simple to begin with. Peruvian seabird guano and worm castings are good. Don't over fertilize. Less is more when it comes to nutrients. Use filtered water and don't over water. Have patience and use this site, it can be a great reference. Have patience. Either start with reputable disease-free clones or buy seeds (bag seeds are fine if that's all you can get) You will make mistakes but that's just part of the learning process. First thing is don't buy a Secret Jardin Darkroom. There pieces of shit. I bought a 4x4 x70 and when trying to put it together it ripped in several places. I use a Grow Lab now and am quite pleased with it.
