the plants are too deep in the containers you might what to cut the sides down a little bit so they can breath a little better and make sure that cfl your using is a daylight bulb and you might want to get some more lights on the those sprouts quick.

Get rid of the aluminum foil It creates hot spots and can damage or kill your plants. Replace it with something white. (I used white painted shelves... poster board would work fine). White reflects better than aluminum foil, without creating hot spots.

I cant tell what kind of light that is... if its an incandescent, it needs to be replaced with a 42w CFL (the spiral flourescents... energy savers). You should have at least 2 more lights at this stage, and youll probably end up needing more when they get bigger (assuming all of them live, which they probably all wont).

hey now thats not true if you get some more lights on those real snappy they will live. i know from experience. i had three white light 26 watt cfl bulbs on six plants for a week and they survived amazingly. the nice thing about a soil grow is its real forgiving. you have some room to make mistakes just fix them quickly and you will be good. oh and panda film works really really good and is pretty cheap to, but definatly mylar is the way to go.

I said they wont all survive because statistically, 50% of them (should be) male. Most first time growers lose a plant or two- its to be expected that mistakes will be made. Expecting 100% success rate is just setting yourself up for dissapointment.

Im a first time grower, Ive germinated 6 seeds- ill be pleased as punch to get 2 females that flower.
