Second Grow - Some Questions

I noticed these light yellow spots starting to develop on the leaves of my plants. My best guess is that this is attributed to overwatering.?

I have been watering every three days after the top soil drys out. These are outdoor plants in southern california with plenty of light. They are three weeks old planted from clones. I have been feeding them pro blend fertilizer with every other watering and cycling in fish emulsion when not using the Pro Blend. Does this seem reasonable or is it hurting the plants and causing the spotting.

All time and advise is much appreciated. I dont want to mess this up.

is it comin on all leafs ???? i would back off on the food might be a lil on the strong side its starting on the bottom and working its way up ???? i would just add water and depending on weather water once a week 5 - 6 days

it looks to me like nutrient burn... its always better to underfeed then to overfeed.

what part of the plant is this happening to?

bottom?
middle?
top?

This is taking place in the middle for the most part and it is becoming more prevalent. Overfeed sounds like a reasonable assumption as i have been giving 7.5ml/gallon of pureblend pro grow every other watering. Should I cut this back to every third or forth?

Should i wait for the leaves to wilt a bit before providing more water?
