Hello to everyone! The forums have been great help for my little problems over some time now, and I thought to show off the benefit of what I've learned from all the knowlege that exists here.
This year I have 5 Train Wrecks going, as well as 1 each NY sour diesel and purple diesel, and 1 platinum kush. The latter three were purchased at a local disp., all the TR's came from a trusted friend. All are from clones.
For planting medium, this time I kind of flew by the seat of my pants, making my own soil blend from the amended topsoil I had already, adding to the mix, some compost, chicken manure, earthworm castings, and 'crumbles', which are turkey crap. Also added ironite, oyster shell calcium, sul-pho-mag, gypsum. As well as about 5% vermiculite.
Here are some shots of what I have so far, these went in the ground 4 weeks ago.
And these into the barrels the same day
They are vegging so well I've decided they are better off without added nutes right now, as said before, flying by the seat of my pants here, but any opinions/suggestions are more than welcome!
Here are some shots of my only problems, the wilting I'm sure is need for a bit more water, but I am perplexed by the leaves that are folding, as in the last picture. That, I would certainly appreciate some help with.
Again, hello to everyone!
