second grow dinafem cheese....leaves drooping on seedling please help??!!??!!??!!

Hi I'm growing 2 cheese by dinafem but the leaves have just started drooping on them today they are 1 week old seedlings....they are been grown under 250whps....in john innes no 1 mixed with 30% perlite...I have them on 18/6...the lights are about 1.5 ft away from the seedlings...my temps are between 25 and 27

Maybe I've over watered them?? Any help would be great

When leaves are drooping like that it's usually because of over watering. Let the cup dry out a bit.

Thanks for the help guys I sort of knew in back of my mind that I'd over watered them but just wanted a second opinion .

Use more perlite next time u cant go wrong with 50%per 50% peat or coco... more perlite more dranage less problems

all yah gotta do is let it dry out, shouldn't take very long under a hps

They been drying out for the last 12 hours and really perked up .....do u think I should transplant them into bigger pots yet??

You just stressed em,I would wait a week or two,to recover.IMO,wait till there healthy.
Then transplant.
