Seaweed meal Vs Kelp meal?

Where I am, sacks of seaweed meal are easy got, but I haven't ever seen any kelp meal - even in the grow shops.
Whats the difference, and can they be used interchangeably?

Where does spirulina fit into this?!
Been late getting my usual liquid seaweed. Remembered my sibling takes a few supplements including seaweeds and spirulina. Got me a thinking...?

spirulina would b expensive vs kelp
i use animal food grade kelp in 50# sacks amazon about $100
