Searching for Wall Mounted oscillating fan

Anyone know where to find a wall mounted oscillating fan that rotates both vertically and horizontally (up and down)? I've seen some before that make a figure 8 pattern, but can't find them online.

Ideally something small and decently priced (<$100) where I can buy a couple of them. Yet it needs to be industrial strength to stay running for at least a year with no maintenance or problems. Also, t can't be ridiculously loud.

4-16" blade size preferred.

You are asking WAY WAY WAY to much for less then a 100 dollar fan. Nothing compares in quality to the industrial green house wall mounted fans. If you want something that will run at least one year with no maitenance you wont find one at all. You need to clean them all to keep them quite and balanced. Try and get a good 1/4hp one...
