Sea of Seeds Issues - Anyone Else?

Placed an order from SOS almost three weeks ago. Accidently erased all emails in inbox before having a chance to review. Sent SOS an email asking about order. Never heard back. Sent another. Never heard back.

Is this normal? First time ordering beans.

got to have a confirmation email with an order number. or tracking number.. all i can say .. how did you pay for it??
