High everyone,
I am wanting to make some hash by dry-sifting my trim and pressing the keif but am confused about the different micron sizes of screen and do not know what the different sizes are for. I bought a 75 micron screen but it looks much smaller than the screen in my grinder and i see stack-able screens of different sizes advertised... Can someone explain what i need and why i need it or point me to a resource on the subject? Google does not seem too knowledgeable in this area or i ain't askin' the right questions.

Thanx a lot!
Harvey

150 micron is the 'standard' 200 micron is very fine for dry sifting.

There's tons of good stuff on YouTube, try Bubbleman's World or his buddy D420K, they can tell you what screens as well as some great tips to get cleaner end results :)

I have a three screen set. Has a 120, 90 and a 60 micron. The best quality I get is from the 90 the 120 is too "large" and lets too much green. With the 90 I can use trash material and get a nice blond color. Sometimes darker sometimes lighter.
