SB420 law?

6 mature plants OR 12 immature plants AND 8 ounces of bud. Does this mean i can grow 12 clone plants in my yard and harvest them when they get that stage without having any problems with the law?
This law is being challenged as 215 does not set any restrictions on how much meds a person needs, and it certainly cannot be legislated.

You can start 12, but once they show sex you can only flower 6...quasi legally.

My county does not allow ANY outdoor...probably could challenge this one also.

according to the law, you may have 6mature (which I guess is when it's showing sex, who knows . . .) or 12immature, no more (unless recommended by your doctor) and no less.

All I know is that my local police haven't visited me yet, and that if they do, they better not pull some "no outdoor" bullshit, cuz Ive looked for any specific rules about growing in my city and I couldnt find any, well safeaccess.org doesnt even have my city listed...either way my local police better respect my shit.

I believe it is in Riverside, but I am not positive. I live in SD county and I believe it is a rarity to have a law prohibiting out door medical grows, and it probably should be challenged as it seriously limits patients access without the expense of indoors. I believe the SD city council was or still is trying a 25 plant limit, but this did not extend to the county. Oakland has a canopy max for indoor and a plant count for outdoor...I want an outdoor grow sooooo bad!

+ the states that aren't listed also adhere to the doctors note potentially recommending more.

if a cop tries to argue with you about it, tell him to look up SB420, or just tell him you'll see him in court ;).

OK EVERYBODY the state guidelines are only a floor limit. meaning no county or city can pass an ordiance limiting less than these.
this is just a protection. your doctor can give u an addendum to ur note to have a larger garden. it's all not neccicary as long as ur grow isn't over a hundred plants.

iv'e already been thru the court system when i was growing 30 plants in doors my landlady tried to evict me then called the cops.

i fought it all the way to the superior cout in pomona and it got dismissed the first day of trial.

After all that i was allowed up to 6 pounds of dried herb and as many plants as need to grow that much. indoors they could never tell if u had a rotating garden,,,,

my friend who i am care given for. his doctor wrote on his script that he can have 30 plants and we live in shasta county that has the 6/12 rule and that was about 1 year ago, and Then his recent script that expires this november has nothing written on it saying that he can grow more. You think that means he can grow more then the 6/12 rule anytime as long he has his script renewed every year since his first one?
