Just cut down a plant i was growing and was wondering whats the best way of storing / preserving the leaves to use later to make some canna oil or something?

So many ways. I like to use a Dry Ice Setup. Comes with a bucket and bag...Boltbagz maybe..... Save every bit though. I was in CO. and was just buying but someone needed some help, so I hired on. We did 14 lbs of trim a day. Mostly Shatter but I love reg Blonde Hash.

I just leave it in a tray until it's dry and then toss it in one gallon ziploc bags. When I get 2 or 3 I go grab some dry ice and process it into dry ice hash. I just use a couple buckets. One with the bottom cut out with a screen and another that it sets in. Add trim, add dry ice, shake around, and that's it. Cost me $12 to make.

Unless you're making cannabutter I think the dry ice method is the best way to go. I did the water and ice method one time and I'll never bother with that again.

That appears to be between 1-3/4 and 2 cups. How many ounces/pounds of trim did that require on average using the dry ice method? I've never made hash before via any method, but I'm getting close to three pounds of trim and I'm stocked up on cooking oils.

I don't have a clue. I never weighed anything. I just had a bunch of bags of trim.
