Saving a wild plant

So I found a "wild" plant growing on the side of my apt building and was thinking of bringing it inside. It is in a very open spot so it can't stay out there. It hasn't starting flowering yet but enough people walk by it that someone will figure out what it is. I don't know where it came from, there are pot smokers around here so could just be some seeds someone through around.

Its about 2 feet tall with roughly 8 nodes on it, could use some more leaf cover but otherwise healthy.

Already have lights, some experience growing, and a place to put it.

Will try to keep it on the same light schedule its been getting: 14/10

I know about bug concerns, I don't have any other plants inside so I won't be messing them up.

Main concern it digging it out of the ground, its growing right next pavement and it will be hard to get all the roots out cleanly. Any advice on the transplanting part or general advice about moving plants inside without having them die right away.

~Thanks
