Took about 2 weeks for my product to arrive using a prepaid credit card. His service is top notch, he sent me replacement beans because I misplaced some he sent me (due to how he packages partly, but mostly due to my own stupidity) with no questions asked at all and now I have extra seeds (and he even threw in some more freebies).

He's top notch (and my KF look fantastic right now btw and they smell good too - in veg).

The BEST F*ckin seed bank out there.......cheap prices, very high quality genetics, excellent customer service, and reliable delivery. Always got my orders from him, but they took at least 2 weeks at worst 16-17 days max. The KF is killer too.... I just bought 4 packs of his Chocolate Rain yesterday.

Yeah, I actually placed an order on the 29th of Dec. A month passed without delivery so I emailed him and he reshipped my order on Jan 24th. Finally lastnite I emailed him and asked him to refund my purchase since its been almost 2 months since my original order date and still no package. He got back to me right away with no hessitation agreeing to refund me.
Im bummed tho because I heard so many great things about him and his strains and wont ever get to try any of them.
I think customs was seizing my orders or something?
Anyways, hope yall have more luck that I did :(

Oh man i don't know what's goin on with my order from Sannies ???

I thought i was being real clever by ordering 3 packs of seeds so i could get free shipping and skipping the tracking cost, i thought i was gonna basicaly get one pack for free.

Sure hasn't worked out that way though, i ordered them on the 10th of Jan waited a full 15 working days before i emailed Sannie and the awesome guy that he is, he reshipped them no questions asked even though i skipped the tracking. That was on the 31st of Jan and as of today the 15th of Feb still nothing, i don't know what's going on i've never had an order take this long or not make it and i've used some pretty shady seedbanks in the past or some with far shadier reputations than Sannie anyway.

He's got the best reputation in the business that's why i thought i was being so clever, thought i was gonna save some money by not paying for tracking and ordering 2 packs of Killing Fields and basicly get 1 pack of Chocolate Rain for free... Not only am i gonna have to pay for them again now, but it looks like i cost Sannie some seeds too, it seems the order he reshipped are lost now as well.

Boy do i feel like a real jackass, i really wish i had just paid for tracking and not tried to be so slick. At least i would know where they were at.

EDIT: Nore have i recieved a letter from Customs or the USPS stating a letter or package has been siezed. :wall:

This is unusual. Sannies and Nirvana always get me my beans (Miami) in under 10 days. Dozens of orders.

Hum.........maybe your postman or neighbor is stealing them? Rarely will you get a customs letter.......often the seeds are just thrown out, I think.

No we have locking mail boxes in my neeighborhood, and i believe they would have to send you a letter by law if something was siezed by customs. The US mail is protected under Fedral Law and a feloney to tamper with, they can't just throw it away.

They would send a letter if that were the case.

Not necessarily.......... I've heard they send letters and don't send letters, I've also heard they crush the seeds and then repackage them to send to the customer with a different type of note.
Letters from the Netherlands are scrutinized very closely, I imagine. Often they just don't get thru. But a good % will....
