my hopeful girls are defiantly going thru a nutrient lock out and salt build ups im using root organics cocofiber soilless mix organics in 5 gal buckets ive been reading up on how to flush my plants and ive read to flush them with 3 times the amount of the soil and bucket so with 5 gal buckets should i fill up a 5 gal bucket 3 times to flush them with? I am also going to be adding hygrozyme to the water to help get rid of the build up and lockout please let me know asap if i have the right idea thanks a million guys

yes you have the right idea
enzymes will help. and so will a flushing agent.
but coco is easy - you don't need 3 times the volume. to prevent salt burns from happening, feed your plants always with 30% runoff. Also, once every month or so, flush your plants with more than that, but no need for 3 times the volume.

get an EC/TDS meter. very important. allows you to see how much salt has built up in the runoff.
