My suggestion would be to water outside the drip line of the seedling, more towards the outside of the pot, you want the roots to go searching for water. Not familiar with grow dots, but if it's FFOF, you shouldn't need any nutes for 3-4 weeks. The plant is struggling a bit, it's small for three weeks old.

It's Happy frog soil. It was in a solo cup for 2 weeks with just soil. Started to have issues right before the transplant. 4 days ago. It's my 2nd grow my 1st one I was really light on watering and sometimes went 4 days without water but was watering every 2 days this time due to dry winter conditions.

You should have left it in the solo cup.......it wasn't near ready for transplant. It's way behind in growth and to complicate things, it's going to be difficult maintaining the proper moisture level with a plant that size in such a large pot.
Good luck.

I plant my germinated beans in 5 gallon pots. (1) shot glass of water every other day after they sprout. After 14 days above ground then start hitting them with 16 oz. Every 3 days. Trust me they will tell you when they want more. And yes as Phytoplankton stated water away from your stem. Relative humidity 60 %-70% temps 80 and put a fan on em to tickle em a little. Have fun!
