safest and most reliable seed bank?

hey guys!
i am going to start to have my own little stealth setup so i was going to find a site that sells automatic seeds that bloom by themself that also stay short! (automatic white moscow)

i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of which site i can find this that is safe to buy from. I have heard of some stories that like the dea is behind alot of sites watching who buys what and how much and keeps an eye on people. this may be true or not and thats what im wondering. and also i have heard of some stories that some companys you order from send you either "fake" seeds....or dont even send you seeds!

run with speedy he is on here nearly every day and i myself have never order simply cause im cheap and like freebies so i shop with attitude but speedy customer service is top notch i see him helping customers with all types a ???...so i would run with either of them....

I've only ordered once and it was from The Attitude. Took 7 days to get here in Canada from the UK. Everything was there and so far 100% germ rate. (green house seeds)
