Sad droopy autos

Hi there, first time grower here,

Ive got two autos growing at week 4 and 5, flowering very well.
However I've noticed over the past few days they've started to droop a lot.

They get watered roughly every 3 days, or just whenever the pot is real light.

My set up is a 400w mh bulb, digi ballast, 5 filter and exhaust.
Temps run at around 24°C. Humidity is between 40 and 50 percent.

The flowers are looking real droopy, and ive also noticed the roots are starting to poke out of their 15L pots. Could they be rootbound?

They've only had one low dose feed so far of biobizz nutes.

The last photo is them the night before, and the first two is today.

I would like to think it isnt an under or over watering issue. But i can't be sure. Hopefully they dont need repotting, as I thought 15L would be fine for autos!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, cheers guys.

I cannot see your containers, but the most common issue later in a plants life usually starts with the container and medium inside. Make sure

Make sure you dont soil compaction and no large debris.make sure holes all around container, big drill bit. Clear bottom leaves only couple at a time to allow air down

Never point fan down on your plants and always allow a bit of water run off by putting containers in a bowl them sponging runoff super important

Elevate containers in bowls or mats so that container does not sit in water and you dont make a mess either

I get droopy leaves too but in my case its because of side lights making them do all kinds of funky bends. Its all good. These are 1mo veg and 1mo flowering. The hermie grew way faster and bigger same medium same everything

Thanks for all the advice, appreciate it.
Had an underwatering issue, wasn't giving them enough water at all, so now they get a gallon each. Fed litre by litre over 5 minutes or so.
They've perked right back up. Here's purple haze auto just after lights on. Roughly day 47 for her.
