rust on new leaves!OH NO!

I have a 2 week old blueberry from DP.It is in a 60% promix,30% perlite mix and is about an inch under a 30 watt flouro.I went away for 10 days and a friend looked after it for me while i was gone.He misted the leaves every day wit ha light kelp spray formula.There are noa rust spots on the firsytset of true leaves.Here are some pics.Any thoughts to what this could be?

i hear if you mist them when the lights are on the droplets of water act as magnifying glass an burn little dots on the leaves
