Neem oil work?
Pretty much nothing works. You can try a rubbing alcohol spray. This should kill any alive, not sure if it will nuke the eggs.

I know for a fact this actually works, use it at 2 table spoons per gallon.
Microthiol Disperss

These are the hardest things to fight. In my opinion spraying with wetable sulfer works best.
I’ve done this and it works. But if you use wetable sulfur make sure you do NOT use and sprays containing oils.
Ive had really good success with Green cleaner as well.. this also kills mod spores.
Doimetrious Earth will also get them.

The buggers are everywhere and always around, they just wait for the perfect environment to explode.
If your outbreak is minor or can also use predator mites. Andersoni are effective !
For the past two years I’ve not used any sprays at all, I did buy Andersoni in August just so I wouldn’t have to spay if a pest found it way into my plants!
