Runts...worth keeping

Couple of weeks into very first grow and 7 out of 8 look pretty good. But there's one that looks like it's just popped an hour ago and just isn't growing. Still green and alive just stopped growing. So my ?? Is it worth keeping around?? Will it eventually do anything or is this just a waste of time and effort??

You will find that each seed is different even from the same "parent" just like humans - you are doing nothing wrong - it's in the seed's genes

yeah if its not meant to be it will die off itself. if its runty maybe it is working on roots. pics would be helpfull.
