I grow in promix with dte biolive. Never have checked runoff.
Your plants look good and healthy.
How much did you use per gallon of soil? I go with 1/3 cup per gallon, and get just a tiny bit of tip burn in veg
So it’s safe to start adding my Flower nutes? I’m switching in about 2 weeks to 12/12Your plants look fine. No sign of tip burn, not dark green, just a nice healthy green color. Nothing wrong with them they look healthy. Leave them alone.
Too often people start checking runoff, panic when the numbers are not what they think they should be and start doing things even though their plants are healthy without any signs of issues. I've seen many good grows go downhill because of the grower trying to adjust runoff values because they think the ppm's or pH is off based on the runoff. Flushing tons of water through or dumping high or low pH solutions trying to get the runoff to where they want it usually end up doing more harm than good.
Your plants look good. Let them grow.
Stay with what you are doing till you flip then add small increments of flower nutrients less is better in soil to avoid lockoutSo it’s safe to start adding my Flower nutes? I’m switching in about 2 weeks to 12/12

Well this past week I’ve done 3 reg Ph water feeds. Haven’t given any nutes this week due to the high ppmStay with what you are doing till you flip then add small increments of flower nutrients less is better in soil to avoid lockout

So just stick with the PH water? Why would you add flower nutes now? Slow down. Don't be in a hurry to start dumping stuff on your plants. They're healthy now. Keep them that way. They don't need anymore nutrients right now. Happy Frog is a pretty rich soil and you mixed in some additional dry nutrients. You shouldn't need to feed anything for weeks.
That is why i use down to earth amendments. No need for liquid nutes. So just stick with the PH water?

I’m going to switch to dry nutes once I use up all my GH nutes. That is why i use down to earth amendments. No need for liquid nutes.
Cool thanksI would. You already added nutrients with the Down To Earth All Purpose. That's still adding nutrients everytime you water.
Yeah but are they gonna tastes great and not burn your throat due to all the nutes left?I just flushed one prior to chopping her, and checked the soil runoff for shits & grins...It was over 4500 ppm's...Plant looked great!
Thank youStay with what you are doing till you flip then add small increments of flower nutrients less is better in soil to avoid lockout

Why would left over nutes in the soil effect the smoke?Yeah but are they gonna tastes great and not burn your throat due to all the nutes left?

I thought that’s why you flush before harvestWhy would left over nutes in the soil effect the smoke?
I figured that’s why you flush to get all that stuff out for a smoother smokeWhy would left over nutes in the soil effect the smoke?
