tigerbloom is ph'd real low, so I would say you have nothing to worry about. Besides reading ph runoff is inaccurate

So I should be fine adding all these together with 6.5 ph? Been doing this a lil while on about 30 plants. A few got yellow so I started using this calmag and ph up

Keep your waters ph going in around 6.5 and you'll be gravy.. What kind of yellowing are you getting?

Holy Hell you didn't get an answer in 34 minutes and you're upset about it? You need to learn to be patient..not everyone here is waiting for you to ask a question.

I've found that ocean forest gives really low ph readings. I would top dress the soil with 2tbl per gallon of lime to raise the ph. Also, you'll want to PH your water (after you've added nutrients) to 6.5

My soil pH is 6.5. So is my water, I'm just going to say screw nutrients and use dirt and water.

Word around the block is that those cheap ph meters don't work...although, if you feel you don't have a ph problem, more power to you

what is the best way to measure the ph of ur soil then? it seems to me if u put water in at 7.0 and it comes out at 5.5 ur soil would be too acidic right? thats what happened to me a few weeks ago and i top dressed with lime. everything seems to be back to normal now. but nobody seems to have a clear answer for me when i ask whats the best way to measure the ph of ur soil? thanks

I had similar problems recently:

1) Replace batteries in Meter if your readings keep fluxuating or are going off

2) Most likely your meter is the problem as was mine-kept giving me false readings even though it PHed correctly in solutions-go figure-think about buying new meter!

3) Best way to check Ph of soil -water soil when it is dry with PHed water of 6.5-6.6, wait half an hour for water to bind with soil then water lightly with neutral Phed water (7.0)=just enough water to come out of bottom to take reading

Again, my money is on your meter being off
Hope this helps-Smoothy
