my little blue dream has a nitrogen deficiency it stunted its growth a lot but i found this leaf thats been growing its only got three leafs and there all rounded

any idea what might of caused it

Try to get a better pic up, usually when it has round leaves it means its in alot of stress or recovering.

Does that happen when a plant is re-vegged?
