Rosin press Commercial use.

Hi Guys,

Trying to gather some input on commercial use for a new press.

Right now I'm thinking of building my own from a harbor freight 12ton with an air/hydraulic bottle jack, rosin tech plates and controller.

Just seeing if anyone else had any recommendations on presses that will allow for decreased time usage and efficiency on a large scale.

Any recommendations will be taken into serious consideration lol

Thanks!

I thought about the 20 but is that even usable as for the pressure. Every press I see out there maxes out at 8tons. Can the bags handle more ?

Yeah your arent going to squish your rosin bag. Your gonna shake ur material up in it and catch what falls out then squish that.

Edit: derp:dunce:, i get it now theres a product called a rosin bag. Swim used "screens."
Doublejj is the rosin guy.

The bigger the press the bigger plates you can run & more material at a time. Go with the 20..the squish bags hold up fine in my 20 ton..
