Roots question using a bubbler

I have one plant that has rooted to the reservoir and I have noticed that since than it has been the biggest and fastest growing plant out of the three. Question is how can I help the other two reach the bottom like their big sista? Should I even worry? I assume they will all get their eventually.

They'll get there as long as you keep optimal running conditions. I'd check out the FAQ Section of this website and go from there. Also check out some other Bubbler threads...
