roots might be suffocating?

i have 3 plants all using the same mixture of mediums. 50/50 of MG organic potting mix and MG organic garden soil. im almost positive i was over watering. was doing it every 2 days when the plants were about 4 weeks old i was told they might roots might be suffocating. my plants leaves are looking deformed and curly. the ridges on the leaves stand up and look very weird.

What are you feeding them? You should not be watering a plant that small every two days. I have huge plants in flower and i feed them every two days. Cut your waterings down to bout once every 4 days. Just lift the pot up ull kno when u need to water if its pretty light.
