Roots are in the water Do I lower the water level or not ?

At this point will i have to water it ??

Right now the water is an inch above the netty pot.

Since there is always water and oxygen running will I need water ?

And When i turn off my lights for 18/6 when i turn the lights back On I can see the plant sprouts up tremendously.

Teh water level should bne ike 1-2 inches from the bottom of the netpot. As long as there are bubbles in the water ull b good
