I just recently transplanted my 2 gallon pots to 5 gallon pots . While doing that I accidentally loosened up the roots and I do t know if I damaged them . I didn’t really damage the roots too much just kind of loosened them. I am a new grower I have three plants but I hope that they survive. I added great white when I watered to boost the roots . I will post pictures

You should be fine, loosening up the root ball when transplanting can actually be beneficial as long as you don't do to.much damage.

I've up potted sometimes and only got half the roots out of the pot and it still grew so don't worry Very Hardy plants

I just went from 2 gal pots to 5 gals a week ago my roots got a bit loosened also but it actually seemed to have helped my plants, it has been growing like crazy since the transplant, so I wouldn't worry if I were you!
