I made clones using aeroponic cloner. Roots are 3-4 inches long. I planted them in 1 gallon coco coir. How long will it take for them to root bound ?

Depends on your definition.
On the type of pot.
On the way you water and treat your coco.
On your veg light
On your environment.

All those things are going to influence your plants growth and root development.

Be very careful not to "overwater" those until the roots fill out. Going from aeocloner to coco takes some adjustment time for the roots to dig in and start growing again, and meanwhile, don't let them sit in overly saturated media.

Thanks for the concern. After 60% MC I let them dryback for multiple days. I will continue to check MC.

I think i get the o.p.'s question and i wonder if this is what you meant? Like, how long will it take his rooted clone to look like the top left pic, in 1gal coco? I'm gona say upwards of 30-45 days
