Rootbound issues...?

Hiya
My girls arent looking so happy. Nirvana Jock Horror autos in Canna seedling compost mix, the pots are 100x100x110mm. They are around 16 days old. Watering with ph'd water (5.8) as and when needed, last Saturday i gave them a mid strength feed with Canna Vega, there was slight nute burn so i backed off and theyve not really had a proper feed since then.
As you can see they are kinda droopy...photo 1.JPG .

This is the worst affected leaf...

At first i thought it might be magnesium deficiency, as it seemed to match the discolouration between the lateral veins but ive been reading about the problems from plants becoming rootbound and im leaning towards this as the problem...and yes, there are a lot of roots visible through the drainage holes. Also some of the roots peeping through the topsoil. But im not 100% sure its rootbound issues, the size of the plant in relation to the pot doesnt look so terrible..?

Oh and to make it even more unclear there was a tiny beetle like bug on my yellow sticker this morning!
Id be really really greatful if any of you experienced guys could help me out!!
Thanks in advance :)

my plants can stay in that pot for years as long as I'm able to supply the stuff it needs. I'm not, so I up pot into larger ones.Every plant I ever grew was root bound, from a cup to one gallon bags to five gallon buckets and even a garbage can grow. All were root twirling masses before they went into flower for thought and even more so when they were dumped, solid root balls in one chunk
root bound isnt your issue, look elsewhere I'd say.

Thanks chempleghm. Rootbound a goal down. Looking elsewhere leads me to a cal and/or mag defficiency...what do you think?

that pest was just a little beetle bug, no worries till theres 4.

my fertilizer has plenty of cal mag so I dont use it here. could be though. you burned these, and now you see the consequences maybe? remove dead material when you can. ph 5 seems pretty low to me, I dont ph my water.

they look good otherwise to me.

Usually when they droop like that its stress from a rough transplant, or maybe the plants got knocked over .
