Root Rot

Hello all, I have a root rot problem in a hydroponics system DWC, thats starting to turn around and am wondering, who has been in my shoe's? I have 2 weeks left of flower (including my flush week). I am using a bottom shelf Veg and Flower nut. but also using Piranha, tarantula, another bacteria, voodoo juice, root excellerator, sensi zyme, and bio boost. (I recently stopped carbs and sugars because it feeds the phythium.)
I lost all the good fragrance from the buds and now have a moldy smell in the flowers. My question is, will this turn around? Will my new clones from the infected plants get the root rot (genetic or direct contact)? Has anyone turned theirs around and saved their flowers BEFORE harvest?

Man that hurts! Im sure your clone will be ok but if you could turn them around i would think that 2 weeks isnt enough time. I dont have much experience with root rot though.

Thanks for your response, they turned around a couple weeks ago and have really nice long fuzzes coming out again and the roots are only slightly brown now. And that's coming from a black sewer sludge. But the smell up top is still a moldy smell, I want to know if the nice ganja fragrance will come back out. When you touch them and smell your fingers the smell is pleasant but just putting your nose over them is bad, not as bad as it was 2 weeks ago though. The lower leaves green'd back up and are not dying anymore. Im hoping someone who has had this before can share thier story because im scared!
