Root rot or nutrient discoloration?

Hey there,

I am completely new to hydroponics. Took those clones 3 weeks ago from a flowering plant (week 5). Since then there in my aero cloner, since a few days roots are long enough to dangle in the water.

Anything I can do? I really want to keep this Pheno around

The roots look healthy still. They certainly dont look soft and under the effects of any viruses. Looks like your good, probably just little nutrient staining
