Looks like a mold or fungus that is growing on a dead leaf. Probably not a good thing. What am I looking at in the first picture? You really need to clean up the dead vegetation, it’s a breeding ground for mold. Also, the r/h must be pretty high for mold to grow on dried vegetation.

It's growing on the roots that have grown through the bottom of the pot. There's no dead veg in the room and the rh is only 55%

Normal roots.when you wet them they will "lose" the hairs.now they are air roots.they look fluffy you should worry when the smell is bad and makes your nose not happy

Edit far left is mold.but usually only mycos grow underground soo you are probably safe
