Root Depth

Heya,

Just a simple question about the depth of the roots. Once in flowering, does the root base keep growing or stay static??

Thanks in advance.

It slows down dramatically after a few weeks of flowering, but around weeks 1-4 it is a steady increase and the plant will most likely at most double its size.

I would have to disagree with the red text. It will definately double in height. AT MOST TRIPLE! :)

Well I am speaking from a personal experience. With enough light on the entire plant, you can keep the plant rather small and bushy. If light is too high, the plants will be "reaching" for the light, hence a taller plant.

I also was told that the plant would triple before I flowered and that was most certainly not the case and my plants were even stretching like a mother fucker.

If the roots find the bottom of the pot will it keep growing till it kills itself or just stunt the growth of the plant?
