Root Bound in 5Gallon during Veg. Transplant to 7 or 10???

Ok so my ladies have been in veg going on 3.5 months now in 5 gallon grow bags. Ladies are between 27-29 inches high from top of the pots. Alll ladies pots are completely dry and light by day 4-5 and roots are poking all thru the bottom of the pots I even had roots grow from under the pots on to the floor wicking left over water from my tents water catcher. I've never veg for this long. Should i transplant to 7 or 10 gallon grow bags? I was looking at the measurements of the pots online the 7 gallon is not really too much bigger than the 5. I will be switching to 12/12 on Friday the 18th under 2200w HPS. One 1000w and Two 600's, one on the left and one on the right side of the 1000w. Nutes will be Fox Farm Grow Big, Bud Blood, Sensi Bloom A&B, Bloombastic, CaMg +, and Moab.

I would go 10 at this point. By the time you are finished accomplishing the transplant they won't want another at this age. Good job vegging this long.
