room still too hot

hi cheers everyone for replyin thanks. still havin problems do. cant put cooler on room asit hase to be outside the room and will only drop temp by 2-3. tried it have fited 4" ex fan and now 4" intake still 40-45 degrees what can i do plants are ready for 12 12 over amonth ago and i am paying through nose for dubbies so this is another SOS SOS to all you experienced green fingers
