room light waiting room

ok i decided that my hps light was a little degraded so I switched it today....when i did it i turned on the room light hoping it wouldnt stress my plants in flowering to much this was all during the light period. my question is do you guys think it stressed the plants to much using the room light while i changed it? the bulb was very cloudy so I think it was needed.

you should be fine and your girls will thank you for the new bulb.

You are fine. I had to turn my lights off for about 3 hours for a home installation. They turned out great.
