Room choice for tent

Hi guys I will be running my first 240x120x200cm tent with 2x600hps, I have two room choices for placing the tent first one temperature is about 19,5 Celsius and I have option of fresh air 15-16 degrees celsius intake with 760m³ vent.

Second one is a bit colder and it has 15-16celsius at day and night it does not varies vent option the same and currently no option of heating it up. What do you guys recommend.

Thanks for all your help must say the best community all around ❤

I'd take the cooler room myself. You can add a small space heater to the tent to keep the temps up in the dark hours. If you aren't running co2, cycling cool air is a good thing. It keeps humidity down and temps controlled.

I think having a natural lights out temp of 19.5 (about 67f to us yanks) would be ideal, with a really really big exhaust system so you cycle in as much air at 15 or 16c as you need. 15c would need a heater while 19.5 should not with lights out.
