Rookie Growing First Time Need Help On Soil Issues

Thank you in advance for any and all help. Ok so I am in the process of my first ever grow. I plan on growing 5 white rhino plants and 1 royal queen cheese plant outdoors. Sense this is all new to me I have a lot of questions. (Sorry) So I have already had them in damp paper towels for 2 days and 3 of them are showing about 1/4in root so far and the other 3 are about 1/8in. I know I need to get them into small individual containers pretty soon, but a little unsure of when that is. I went to home depot the other day and apparently was a little confused. What I came home with was Kellogg Premium Outdoor Potting Mix & Kellogg All Natural Organic Garden Soil. I also for some reason bought Kellogg Natural and Organic fertilizer 4-6-3. First can I use this stuff?? And what steps should I take? What I have done so far is use 1 part KGS and 3 parts KPPM and mixed it together and then watered it. Then I placed that into the 6 little potts I have. Will that work to plant the seedlings into? Also once I plant the seedlings in the mix what do I do from that point? Do I keep them inside, take them outside, what is the next step? Also what do I need to get as far as food and nutrients to get some bomb buds? Also, The site location is secure and close by but I am at a cross between just keeping them in Potts and putting them into the ground, any suggestions?

This advice if for future use... Try reading a tad bit before germinating seeds. Especially seeds that are a known strain(Not bagseed) and also, everyone I know that uses mother nature vegges inside.. Intill they're mature enough and won't die outside.

I have no experience of what Soil you Got, Nor do I have experience with outdoor. But would love to some day... I wish you the best, and Remeber to have fun, don't tweak and freak

And Welcome To RIU!

Thanks for the advise. I have done a fair amount research and observed a few friends grow in the past but should of paid more attention. It's a whole different ballgame once you do it yourself. I also would like to make this grow worth my time and get a lot of bomb ass buds, so I want to do as much as I can to ensure that. Also I read a post that said to mix the planting mix with supersoil for the seedlings but dose anyone know how much of each???
