Tolerance Break

This is my first grow journal, for my second home grow, and I'm looking forward talking shit and getting shit the whole way through.
Introduction
I am in the process of getting clones to root for my 2022 grow journal. I am still an amateur at growing at home, however I am not a novice with this style of grow. This post exists to get some feedback on what Ill be doing, and to help remove some of the rust.
Pineapple fields from Dynasty Genetics is the strain. Operating with the presumption my clones have a 100% success rate. I'll take be putting 12 to 16 of them to flower in a 3x3 ID flood tray, inside of a 4x4 gorilla grow tent. I will be using 2 GLS 300 lights, Jacks 321 nutes, RO water, pool shock or UC Roots as my means of maintaining res sterility, rockwool as my substrate, a 27 gal res, with flood and drain as my method of hydro. The tray will be lined with cotton batting for root structure, and will be covered with panda film to keep the root zone dark and humid.
My air circulation will be controlled by a model 67 AC infinity controller. The intake will be a 4" infinity cloudline, with a 6" cloudline exaust. I will have 2 tower fans hanging horizontally, one above the cannopy, and one below, keeping the air moving. The lower fan might end up getting eliminated. There will be a dehumidifier in the lung room, along with a hepa air filter, and a window ac unit for temp control.
Ideally, my daytime temp will range from 75 at the beginning of flower, all the way to 84 at its peak, with an RH between 45 and 60, and a day night temp Flux of 10 to 15 degrees.
Here's where I am struggling.
The concept of VPD is difficult for me to wrap my head around, but I understand its importance. Then there's EC and feed schedule... My last crop was wind, light, and nute burnt, but I got a very decent yield running the Jacks reccomended EC for most of my flower. I started at 2.3, which was a high, dropped it to 1.5 at 6 weeks, then worked my way down to .8 before chop. I watered once a day during lights on the first 2 weeks, 2 weeks of twice a day, and then three times a day the rest of the grow (once an hour before lights on, mid day, then an hour before lights off), with PH'd RO flushes every week, along with the res change.
I plan on listening to my plant this time around and narrowing down my margin for error but the more I read, the more conflicted I become with my nute concentration and schedule.
Drop any knowledge or questions below. I am here to learn discuss, and perhaps educate since rockwool cube grows seem to be less popular these days.
Thanks for your time and input - TB
