Doalude Well-Known Member Mar 24, 2009 #2 Jelly on the roots is not normal, he probably put too much, does he have an air pump and air stone in putting oxygen in the water? The air also keeps the water circulating, if the water is stagnant thats when you get crap forming in the water.
