Reviving the Dead 2

OK i had these plants in an AeroGarden that someone gave me. Couldnt get the pH right fast enough or the right nutes - SO - I have swapped them to soil. Thing is - they are REALLY shitty looking - pretty much all the leaves dead but they have some green left in the stem. I topped a coulple of them, but before I do anything else to the others I wanted some advice.

One plant is like all but dead, maybe a little green about an inch up. Any hope for that one? Should I chop it there or is it just dead?

Any particular nutes to try and revive these?

What about my light cycle now? Will it help to leave it on constantly for a few days?

Any help is appreciated......

I would have just given them new H2O in the begining. Let me get this right, while the plant was dying you topped it?? Quit cutting up your dying plants. How would you like it if you where in the hospital and someone started slicing you to help you. I would keep it at your same light cycle, don't add shock!!! Calm down and just take it slow. Just go with light nuts and wait it out, don't over water them.

OK so will it HELP these to keep constant light on them? Can you be more specific about light nutes?
Oh and swapping the H20 in that AG wasnt going to help without hydro specific nutes, least that what I was told. Esp seeing that they looked shittier every passing day, ya know?

I grow hydro and trust me the best thing you can do when you are having nute problems is to put them in straight H20. Constant light is fine. By light nutes I mean don't feed them a lot of nutes in the water. Do you have a ppm meter? What kind of nutes do you have to feed them? flora series or some 3 part solution? or just miracle grow?

You realize i already transplanted them into soil right? Other than that at this point I have them under constant light. The nutes I have are 3 part solutions, some are MG products, some are root and bloom (high middle number) liquids, etc. What numbers are best for a healing process?

ya, I know you went to soil, otherwise you wouldn't need to worry about over watering. I would go with like 5 ml of gro & 2.5 ml of micro & bloom per gallon of the 3 part set. If you have any diamond nectar or a similar suppliment that aids in vitality I would add that as specified about 30ml per gal if diamond nectar.

where can I get superthrive?

Will the constant light help them more or do they need a break ?

Oh and could someone dumb it down a little for me on the nutes? I have lots of diff stuff like 9 - 12 - 5 , 10 - 10 - 10 , 12 - 40 - 12, etc.

Thx

I bought my superthrive at a hydro shop. If you take a look at my grow journal you will see just what it can do. Constant light is fine wont hurt them any. I cant give advice on nutes cause I am still working on that myself. Superthrive should be avalible online if you google it too.

Check out garden suppliers too. They are usually a lot cheaper than hydro shops for this kind of stuff.:joint::peace:
