revegging flowered clones

hi, my friend has a clone taken from a mother which was revegged from a clone that was flowered and revegged . do you guys think that clones taken from this plant will
produce good flowers ? right now my friend has the plant in veg and it looks ok .
another thing is my friend also has a lot of happyfrog potting soil and wants to know
(because last time he fucked up and added ph adjusters to the nute solution instead of plain tap water) when to start adding nutrients to the soil . he's thinking of foxfarm fruit and flower nutes this time . the clones which are taken will be put in 4'' pots with happyfrog and then, when root bound, will be put in 3 gallon pots with happyfrog .
they will be watered with plain old tap water . he has a lot of vegging to do and the deficiencies always show up during flowering . iv'e got this feeling the happyfrog nutes will be all used up by the end of veg . but will they ? ok, here's another question. what if my friend chose to take 9 clones per week and plant them into 16oz party cups and straight into flower every week for his perpetual grow idea ? the strain mentioned earlier would be used and so would the happyfrog . the strain is blackjack by the way and it always took him 11 weeks for them to fully ripen. all this would be under his 400 watt air cooled hps with 8'' flanges . he does own a 1000 watt hps identical setup except for the bigger ballast and higher wattage bulb . he also has a 775cfm inline fan to keep things cool , like the lights . he really wants to get the ball rolling with this blackjack but even though it has been cloned, flowered, and revegged a few times what do you guys think is going to happen ?

i'm growing a plant now that is from a 3rd cycle of flower and reveg, looks just fine
some mention that problems can occur, but most seem able to take the reveg cycle though many years
