Reveg clone questions

So I had this stem that was too close to soil level actually after I topped off the bucket in some more soil it was about a inch or two below and I was also 2 weeks into flower and decided to add more soil and take it away along with a mediocre to heavy defoliation of sucker leaves a few weaker bud sites P.S. it was about half of a grocery bag of trim

So three questions for cloning the branch

Do I need to stop o2?

float bottom of stem in cup so bubble dampen
Base instead?

Should I go without container (in background) since it’s not fully clear (more of a semi transparent)?

I would have left the fan leaves they arent sucking anything. But the shit bottom branches needed to go I agree with that.

So for the clone do you think I should remove the container because I can keep it at 90% humidity with the dome but without it it’s around 70% it’s about 85 to 86°F with the dome and without it’s about 79 to 80°F?

But I took top off and it wilted so moved up another 12 to 18 inches and put some back on since it started to wilt after one day after removal
Do you think I should remove two furthest bulbs or does it still pick those up
