how do i make resin or super skunk or pollen because im baffled really any help would go a long way thanks

Hi there, I'm not sure if your question makes sense.
The female plant makes the resin which comes from the trichomes (crystals) on the bud.
Super skunk is a strain of marijuana and you get pollen from the male flowers (not the female buds that you smoke). MJ plants are either female or male. Females give you the bud you want, males just make pollen, which makes seeds on the female buds instead of the plant producing trichomes to get you high.
