Resin seeds

I always had good results with resin seeds and really liked the bubblicious and la ultra strains , but over the last 12 months ive had real poor germination rates which ive put down to old stock and small crappy beans , has any one else found this ? I emailed resin seeds and they said they would look into this and replace the seeds but they never did so im back with my other favourite seed companys mandala and dutch passion !
