Removing Damages Leaves

I have some white leaves at the bottom of my plant that could be from a sunburn not quite sure but they look pretty bad. Should i remove them and how would i remove them without killing my plant?

I always let nature do it's work let them fall off on their own

If the leaf has green, I'll use a sharp pair of scissors to cut away the dead tissue. If the whole leave is yellow or burn, I'll tug it off. I don't like to have dead leaves laying on the soil for to long as it can attract the wrong kind of insects.
