Regular house fly's will they hurt???

Ive just set up my grow. Ive got 3 plants that just went into dirt 3 days ago. Ive just got a cheap cheap grow set up for now (rubbermaid tub with cfl lights and foil in the box as reflextor's. Now ive got like 3 or 4 maybe 5 fly's that i cant get outta the box they fly right back in if i dont kil them 1st. Will they hurt??? or should i just not worry about them untill i go to flower?? what should i do!!!

house flies killed my plant, there were like 2o chillin on it and they fuckin killed that shit
