Ok so I took 50 cuttings from a very good friends mother plants and came home to no place to put them:wall:. Idk guess I work better under presure then I think when Im stoned. So I put this together from stuff I had laying around. Its a Zoo med reptile humidifier I had picked up for around $40 a while back and a regular clone dome I also allowed my friend to lend me:-P. I also wanted to take a expermental approach since I didnt know how this would work, so I did 30 of the cutting with hormones and 20 without. So far its been good results with 70% success with hormones, and almost 95+% success without hormones. The humidifier is set on a timer to go on twice a day for 15 mins each and is more then enough to fog the dome well with the vents fully open.

The light im using on top is another scavenged 18inch aquarium light... Ok so I am a little ghetto, arent we all? My question is, how long after roots show do I need to transplant them? Any input welcome. Let me know what u guys think and what I can do if any to improve my success rate:). Now to figure out where there going to veg/flower.:wall:

pretty decent idea. Ive also heard of people making a generic sort of EZ Cloner by using neoprene circles (like the ez cloner has) and rigging up the humidifer somehow to the inside container. It worked great too.

as soon as they show so long as they are healthy is for the best in my experience - you should run it for only a few days like that then let them dry out a bit. If they are constantly wet why do they need to grow roots when they can just take in water through the peticoles ya know? Its important for the first few days for them to take water in through the leaves but after that you wanna give it a rest and give them fresh air often.

I like your cloner but if you could add a heating device to keep it warm it will help also

I have extra heat pads I can add under it, how warm should it be? Would it be ok in the 90's? and if I set it to go off once a day for 15 mins it does kinda dry out before it comes on again, is that better now since there showing roots? Thanks again
